Terms and Conditions of Sale 2018

All goods are sold and contracts concluded subject only to our Terms and Conditions of Sale as set out below and on our website www.groovyprint.co.uk. No variation of the contract or of these terms and conditions is of any effect unless accepted by us in writing. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and all such changes will be posted on www.groovyprint.co.uk. You are therefore advised to refer to the Terms and Conditions on our website on a regular basis to keep yourself updated with our current Terms and Conditions.

DELIVERY CHARGES

U.K. MAINLAND ONLY

Free Delivery (Please allow 1-2 days) unless upgrading to a next day courier service at £7.50

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Saturday Delivery is £27.00

The colours and packaging of certain items may vary from batch to batch. If you require a particular colour or packaging please specify at time of ordering.

Personalised Printing

Please Note that we do not accept Returns of Personalised Products in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (Regulation 13) which states that the standard Returns policy is exempt for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Colours are only a guide to the pantone colours on the finished item. Due to the limitations of colour reproduction on the web and the differences in computer monitors, no colour can be displayed 100% accurately.

Any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order unless the product has been printed. Once a personalised item has gone into production it is non-refundable unless received damaged or with a fault in the print quality. You can view our full returns policy here

TITLE TO GOODS

The goods shall remain our sole and absolute property as legal and equitable owners until such time as you have paid the agreed price in full, together with the full price of any other goods the subject of any other contract with the Company.

LEGAL CONSTRUCTION

The contract shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and shall be governed by English Law. The Courts of England and Wales have the exclusive jurisdiction.
